Unlike system resellers, ASPs and outsourcing companies benefit
from systems management and operations automation directly.
Unfortunately they are also held accountable by their end user
clients for security, auditing and legislative compliance issues.
By using OSM software our outsourcing partners provide improved
service levels, better security, increased compliance and full
auditing at a lower cost to them.
You have may have already considered framework-based system
management products. Time and experience have exposed these
products as complex, unwieldy and prone to failure. They are
now widely recognized as delivering a very slow return on investment,

batch job scheduling or print management.
You may have an ERP, warehousing or financial package that
you sell to end-users. Having put substantial resources into
its development, it would be a costly diversion to develop a
