Outsourcing or ASP?

Unlike system resellers, ASPs and outsourcing companies benefit from systems management and operations automation directly. Unfortunately they are also held accountable by their end user clients for security, auditing and legislative compliance issues. By using OSM software our outsourcing partners provide improved service levels, better security, increased compliance and full auditing at a lower cost to them.

You have may have already considered framework-based system management products. Time and experience have exposed these products as complex, unwieldy and prone to failure. They are now widely recognized as delivering a very slow return on investment, if at all. This is the time to look at products that deliver value quickly. The OSM suite of systems and security management software products provides the solution.

We recognize that your end-user contracts vary in length and that traditional licensing policies do not always work. Under OSM's new pricing policy for outsourcing companies and ASPs we will license our software to you for any period of time at proportionate cost, fitting in with the way you work.

ISV?

Complex application packages are frequently improved by the addition of particular system management components such as batch job scheduling or print management.

You may have an ERP, warehousing or financial package that you sell to end-users. Having put substantial resources into its development, it would be a costly diversion to develop a job scheduling component or a print management module. This is where your ability to select individual components from OSM’s product set becomes a real benefit.

If you are prepared to bundle one or more of our products with your application, we are prepared to throw away the price book and reach agreement on a pricing model which makes good business sense to us both. If you are just interested in referring our software to a subset of your customer base then our Pulling Together approach to partnering may be preferable.

International Distributor?

Interested in signing up to be OSM's representative in a country where we do not have an office? OSM is actively seeking distribution partners in all countries outside North America and the United Kingdom where we have offices.
